About The Role
As the Regional IT Manager for Mills Automotive Group, you will oversee daily PC and LAN support for over 30 locations within Mills Automotive Group. Provide both remote and onsite IT assistance to Mills Automotive dealerships across the region. The work schedule must be flexible, as the role will evolve alongside the growth of the dealer group. While overnight travel will be required on short notice, it will be limited to less than 25%. Additionally, being on-call will be expected approximately once every three weeks.
You will also be responsible for the technology infrastructure and IT operations across our dealerships in the Region. You will ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently, enabling our teams to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.
What You Will Do - Essential Responsibilities Manage and support all IT operations across multiple dealership locations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Collaborate with dealership management to identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance. Oversee hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance to ensure all systems are up to date and functioning effectively. Monitor network security and implement measures to protect sensitive customer and business data. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruption to dealership operations. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations that align with business goals. We Invite You to Apply - Key Qualifications & Requirements:
CISSP CCNA must have CLI experience (required) A+ PC certification or equivalent Auto dealership experience Telephony experience, both hosted and PBX Military IT experience is a plus Benefits
