We are seeking a motivated and skilled

Electromechanical Technician

to join our maintenance team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and be capable of troubleshooting industrial equipment using PLCs and drives. While this is primarily an 8-hour night shift, flexibility to occasionally cover 2-2-3, 12-hour shifts is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent Associate degree in a technical field with at least

1 year of industrial electromechanical experience with strong electrical aptitude in fast fast-paced manufacturing environment ,

OR At least

3 years of hands-on experience

in industrial electrical/electromechanical maintenance with a strong electrical aptitude without a degree Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings Experience with Allen Bradley drives and PLCs Must be able to connect to Allen Bradley PLCs and use Logix 5000 for intermediate-level troubleshooting

(Minimal programming required, but ability to navigate ladder logic and fault codes is

necessary ) Must be able to navigate Windows applications (word, ppt, excel, teams, outlook) Must be good at working within a team Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced production setting Skill in oral/interpersonal communications Good record-keeping for work orders, parts orders, inventory, and service/tenant follow-up Familiarity with tools required to perform job function (mechanical hand tools, calipers, thermometers, megohmmeters, ammeter, Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics and intermediate programming ability (Allen Bradley / Logix 5000) Familiarity with

vision systems

and

metal detectors Prior work experience in a

food-grade or regulated manufacturing environment Responsibilities

Maintenance Technicians work 2-2-3 x 12-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts.
