Job Description
Sr. Program Manager - Jersey City Lead and manage high-impact programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. Prepare high-quality executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards that summarize program progress, risks, and key decisions. Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner. Identify program risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement in program processes and communication methods.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 177,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
