Clinical Staffing Coordinator

36 per week Shift: Evenings Work Schedule:
2p-10:30p Weekend Requirement:
Every Other Weekend Reviews and assists with daily clinical staffing to ensure staffing is adequate for operational needs and is proactive to prevent staffing shortages that are foreseeable. Works collaboratively with clinical unit leadership to facilitate staffing changes to minimize negative financial impact. Assists leadership with maintaining scheduling system assignments and changes.
Minimum Qualifications: • Associates degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field. Relevant experience in healthcare scheduling/staffing may substitute for degree • 3 years administrative experience in a healthcare setting, inclusive of staffing/scheduling responsibilities • Current employees in good standing with medical administrative experience of at least 3 years may be considered
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience as Staffing Scheduler in an Acute Care Hospital Setting • Experience working in a staffing office with responsibility for multiple units
