12-15+ years of experience win Project management Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, specifically in the P&C insurance domain Experience working with Guidewire applications, such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, workflows, and best practices Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred
