The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investor communications, reporting, and relationship management, with a focus on supporting institutional clients across alternative investment strategies. This high-impact role involves the preparation of investor materials, managing inflows and outflows, leading RFPs, and overseeing the onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM, with experience in Adobe InDesign being a plus. Key responsibilities include investor reporting, client engagement, market and product analysis, RFP and content management, client onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, ops, and investment teams. Applicants for the Vice President position must have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA and/or CFA designation also required. A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in investor relations, client service, or business development within a credit-focused or alternative asset management firm serving institutional investors is essential. The role demands a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments. A deep understanding of fixed income strategies, institutional investor expectations, and the competitive landscape within credit and alternatives is also a key qualification.
