In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in enhancing operational excellence within our product management team. You will take charge of product planning in conjunction with the software development lifecycle, ensuring that our initiatives align with corporate objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading the product operations function, refining product delivery methods, and establishing governance practices to propel our initiatives forward. You will oversee portfolio governance, capacity planning, and develop pivotal metrics to assess product health and delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS context, with at least 5 of those years in a senior leadership role. A robust history of enhancing SDLC processes at scale, comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, and experience leading cross-functional teams are essential. We seek an exceptional leader with outstanding communication and organizational skills, adept at influencing decision-making at the executive level. Proficiency in operational tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and various reporting platforms is mandatory. Additional qualifications, including an MBA, experience in FinTech, and knowledge of the insurance sector, are highly valued.
