Pacific International is exclusively retained on a global medical device manufacturer's search for a Supply Chain Manager. The organization has been recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality, and safety. As the company continues to expand its global footprint, they are focused on building a high-performing team to support operational excellence and long-term growth.
As part of this effort, the organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead critical initiatives across procurement, planning, and logistics, ensuring continued efficiency and quality throughout the supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency across planning, procurement, and logistics functions.
Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and staffing support.
Define departmental goals and budgets aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
Develop and implement material flow strategies consistent with broader supply chain standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives and vendor performance.
Oversee key functions including customer service, warehouse operations, and material management.
Champion system accuracy and optimization, particularly within SAP, to support data-driven decision making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and support compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards including cGMP and ISO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
Experience working with global stakeholders.
7-10+ years of progressive experience.
5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain leadership position.
Experience with SAP is highly .
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task
