Key Responsibilities
Lead the modernization of our AWS-based data architecture Build scalable data pipelines for ML and LLM applications Optimize data workflows for performance, cost, and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions Mentor engineers and promote best practices in data engineering Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, or related field 12+ years in data engineering; 2+ years in a leadership role Expertise in AWS, Lakehouse/data lake architectures, and distributed systems Strong Python and Go development skills Experience with ML/LLM data workflows and AWS-native services like DynamoDB Excellent communication and mentoring abilities Preferred Skills
Familiarity with SageMaker, LangChain, or vector databases Knowledge of data governance and compliance in AI contexts Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000 Bonus : 15% annual bonus eligibility 401(k) : Competitive retirement plan options Schedule : Hybrid (in-office Monday & Thursday) Travel : None Visa Sponsorship not available
