Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with a strong background in banking and lending operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing and a solid understanding of loan origination systems.
Experience with the BakerHill NextGen platform is highly desirable.
Perform hands-on manual testing of banking and lending applications. Prepare comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO). Develop and maintain a traceability matrix to ensure full coverage of requirements. Execute test cases, document results, and provide clear steps for reproducing bugs. Generate and deliver weekly test status and burn reports to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members. Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in banking and lending environments. Hands-on manual testing expertise. Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to create clear, reproducible bug reports and test documentation. Preferred Qualifications
