Build and maintain core features, internal tools, and infrastructure across the platform using modern technologies like React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Work across the full development lifecycle: design, code, document, test, deploy, and support. Collaborate directly with the founding team and users to identify pain points and implement intuitive product features that solve real-world problems. Drive and uphold high engineering standards in code quality, architecture, and technical decisions. Help create scalable systems that optimize for both performance and user experience, particularly on low-end or high-latency devices. Ideal Background
3+ years of experience as a full stack or frontend engineer; open to exceptional new graduates with a strong track record. Proven experience shipping 0-to-1 products or systems in technically rigorous environments. Strong grasp of React, TypeScript, and Node.js, with an ability to move fluidly across the frontend and backend. Experience building products at early-stage startups or complex environments such as big tech. Familiarity with fundamental browser APIs and performance optimization strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training from a top-tier institution. Preferred
Experience with Next.js, tRPC, Prisma, and web performance tuning. Previous founder experience or demonstrated product ownership. Strong product intuition and ability to think critically about user needs. Experience building for underpowered or mobile-first clients. Interest in the job marketplace or hiring space.
