Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to help lead projects, collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and trade partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Project planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet project deadlines and goals.

Preparation, review, and management of project documentation; including contracts, project financials, RFIs, and submittals.

Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, and scope.

Conduct on-site inspections and coordinate with field teams to verify quality and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.

Collaborate with clients, design teams, trade partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and productivity.

Support the implementation of innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field . Related work experience acceptable

3-7+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related industry

Competency in contracts, project financials, scheduling, risk management, submittals, and RFI’s

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

A proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Well versed in construction drawings, specifications, and standards

Solutions oriented mindset and positive attitude
