We are currently seeking a full-time Statewide Assistant Vice President of Operations
to support our
state correctional facilities
across the state of Maryland.
Based out of the regional office, the
Statewide Assistant Vice President of Operations
will assist the Statewide Vice President of Operations in managing the clinical and non-clinical functions and activities of a multidisciplinary team providing Centurion contracted services to incarcerated offenders in a correctional setting to meet service delivery requirements. This person will direct overall site level operations and serve as the regional office operations administrator. This position requires extensive travel within the state of Maryland.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospital or Health Care Administration, Business or Human Services Administration or related field required. Master's level degree preferred Prior experience as a Healthcare Administrator or Behavioral Health Professional or Registered Nurse preferred. Correctional operational experience preferred. Minimum of three years' management experience in a comprehensive healthcare program Must attain and maintain a CCHP certification Demonstrated skills in financial, human resources and contract management Demonstrated client and customer service skills Must have ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with regional, corporate, client and institutional administration staff Personal computer skills including software such as Microsoft Office including Excel Experience working in/with Electronic Medical Records and with timekeeping and staffing products Experience working with data analytics Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including:
