We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rodman to join our survey team. In this role, you will travel to various survey sites and perform a variety of duties to support the survey team effectively. What you will do: Ensure the safety of all crew members, clients, & the public.Ensure that all equipment needed is loaded and ready to use.Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.Maintain adequate supplies in the truck.Keep truck and equipment clean and organized.Carry survey supplies during the collection of necessary survey data.Place stakes at designated points and drives them into ground at specified elevation, using hammer or hatchet.Cut and clear brush and trees for data collection, using brush hook, knife, ax, or other cutting tools.Perform other duties as assigned. Who you are: You are flexible and adaptable with excellent attention to detail. You have good problem-solving ability and leverage your math and technical skills to do so. Safety is in your DNA, and you follow all protocols consistently. You have above average communication skills both oral and in writing resulting in providing excellent customer service.What you bring: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in difficult and stressful situations.Must accept empowerment to be accountable; must be willing to be coached and be moldable and teachable.Possess the ability to work well with people and to create a self-motivating work environment.
