Key Responsibilities: Leads a dynamic team of Emergency Crisis Screeners, with helping individuals who enter the Hospital's Behavioral Health System for SPMI and various other challenges. Increase knowledge into the New Jersey System of Care to ensure appropriate flow for individuals struggling with mental wellness. Ensures proper mental health stabilization and flow into lower levels of care into the Mental Health System upon Discharge. Provides supervision and guidance to the Screening Team to create Strength-based and Best Practice initiatives. Collaborates with other Team Leaders with innovative initiatives to engage families and community resources for the most successful outcomes of our individuals. Cultural competence and adaptation Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited university, at least three years post Bachelor's with 3 years Supervisory experience, plus three years as a New Jersey Certified Crisis Screener with a valid screening number Prefer a Master's degree in a related field and meets the requirements of a New Jersey State Certified Crisis Screener for at least three years with a Screening number and 2 years Supervisory experience Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgement under all circumstances Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently Additional Information:
Base Rate: $30.00/Hourly Hourly differential: $1.50 if proficient in Spanish Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm We Provide:
