Job Summary

The E-commerce Product Manager acts as a central cross-functional hub between the Innovation, Brand Marketing, and E-Commerce teams, ensuring that every product launch is timely, well-executed, and optimized for performance in digital environments such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and other online platforms. This individual will coordinate cross-departmental resources to deliver high-performing product listings and will serve as the key driver of digital launch readiness.

Duties and Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end project management for new products exclusive to .com platforms (e.g., product innovation, Amazon-only bundles, digital multipacks, seasonal exclusives) Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Innovation, Creative, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure on-time launch execution Create and manage timelines, status trackers, and launch readiness documentation for each new product initiative Serve as the e-commerce liaison for Innovation and Brand teams, ensuring .com-specific content and packaging requirements are met Translate product briefs and concept direction into clear deliverables for e-commerce content creation (imagery, copy, A+ content, etc.) Develop and manage all e-commerce launch assets, collaborating with internal designers and agency partners Support base marketing teams by ensuring retail-driven product launches are fully prepared for Amazon and other digital shelf platforms Partner with the Amazon Business Manager to coordinate PDP readiness, upload timelines, ASIN setup, and packaging specifications Coordinate with legal, IT, and creative teams to meet all compliance, asset, and process standards Contribute to new item sell-in decks, activation plans, and post-launch performance recaps Act as a champion for e-commerce best practices in product development, asset creation, and go-to-market planning Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or e-commerce (CPG industry preferred) Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution Working knowledge of Amazon, Walmart.com, or other retail .com platforms and their requirements for product content and readiness Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable building timelines, managing multiple concurrent projects, and adapting to evolving priorities Proficient in project management tools (Monday.com, Excel, etc.) and familiar with syndicated data and e-commerce platforms Strong attention to detail with a bias for action and accountability Ability to lead without direct authority and build alignment across diverse teams Experience working with creative and packaging teams to develop digital assets Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, execution, and cross-team collaboration
