We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Field Service Supervisor
to lead field operations for the installation, maintenance, and repair of
HULK Downhole products . This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with team management, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery at customer well sites. You'll act as the critical liaison between field crews, management, and clients-driving operational success and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of downhole equipment at customer sites. Manage and support field service technicians to ensure high-quality, safe, and timely service. Enforce company safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance on all job sites. Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance coaching for field personnel. Act as the main point of contact between field staff, customers, and company leadership. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure proper field practices and quality control. Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist in finding fast, effective technical solutions. Accurately document field activity, service reports, and incident logs. Coordinate daily schedules and resource allocation in collaboration with the Field Services Manager. Manage equipment readiness, including tools, vehicles, and field gear. Monitor and support fleet safety and maintenance requirements. Promote teamwork and a continuous improvement mindset across the field team. Travel up to 25% to provide oversight and technical support at field locations. Perform additional duties as needed to support operational goals. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable field service experience. 3+ years in a field supervisory role required.
Licenses: Valid Class C Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
Preferred Skills & Certifications: Strong background in safety protocols; OSHA 10/30 certified (preferred). Familiarity with artificial lift, rod pumps, ESP systems, capillary tubing, and CT operations. Experience with production/workover operations. Fleet management experience a plus.
Leadership & Technical Skills: Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot in high-pressure situations. Technically skilled with a hands-on mindset and customer-focused approach.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, squat, or kneel for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must possess full range of motion and use of hands for equipment operation. Will work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold. Some walking on uneven terrain may be required. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary

$80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
