As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will join our collaborative team of mental health professionals to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. You will work with clients across the lifespan to promote recovery, personal growth, and emotional well-being through evidence-based counseling approaches. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial history, risk evaluations, and diagnostic impressions. Treatment Planning:

Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals and objectives to support therapeutic progress. Therapeutic Interventions:

Provide evidence-based counseling services, including individual, group, and/or family therapy, to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Crisis Intervention:

Offer immediate support and safety planning for clients in acute distress, following clinical protocols and referral procedures. Documentation:

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaboration:

Coordinate care with other healthcare and mental health providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive client support. Client Advocacy:

Help clients access community resources, navigate healthcare systems, and overcome barriers to care. Education and Prevention:

Provide psychoeducation to clients and families and contribute to outreach or awareness efforts as needed. Ethical Practice:

Adhere to all professional, legal, and ethical standards set by licensing boards and organizational policy.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Experience conducting mental health assessments and providing therapeutic services. Familiarity with a range of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive care.
