Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.). Perform daily monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP systems and databases (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2). Manage SAP transports, patching, and upgrade activities. Perform system refreshes, client copies, and landscape management. Monitor and maintain high availability of SAP environments across development, quality, and production systems. Administer and maintain user roles, authorizations, and security configurations. Manage integration with third-party systems and interfaces (RFCs, IDocs, web services). Support backup and disaster recovery plans for SAP systems. Conduct root cause analysis of performance or operational issues and drive resolution.
