Leads overall program strategy, compliance, partnerships, and coordination with DCEO. Oversees implementation of all workforce training and support components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for all program components.
• Serve as primary liaison with DCEO and program stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to work plan, timelines, and grant deliverables.
• Oversee staff, budgets, reports, and partner coordination.
• Monitor risk, ensure continuous improvement, and support long-term sustainability.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
5+ years of program leadership
Strong grant compliance and partnership experience; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Description
85,000 - 150,000
