Business Analyst, Senior Oakland, CA 12 Months Pay: $65-75 per hour

**LOCALITY- HM's Preference: "Top preference is Bay Area. Secondary preference is Northern California. Third preference would be Southern California or out-of-state for exceptional candidates."

**Depending on the candidate's location, the HM prefers about 90% remote/hybrid. Coming to the office about once every 2 weeks, but flexibility for more if needed.

**Travel: OGO and/or the Dublin office. Ad-hoc travel to other locations in the client territory depending on stakeholder need.

*TOP THINGS: Clarity in the resume. I do not like see "fluff" in resumes where candidates list too much and their role and accomplishments are not easily deciphered.

*EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Proper office equipment - HM expects the worker to have what they need at home - 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, etc. The HM will inquire internally to find out current backlog time on laptop. - This may affect the start of assignment.
