Document Analyst

in Logan, UT

ROLE COMMITMENTS Complete Arena and SAP system trainings Enroll in job-relevant ADP training by October 1, 2025 Complete all assigned ADP training modules by December 31, 2025 Support employee engagement by actively participating in weekly team meetings ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and release Bills of Materials (BOMs) Audit product release information for accuracy and completeness Research company product inquiries related to documentation and structure Support R&D objectives through timely processing of documentation needs Review and process product change requests Review and process service change requests Standardize naming conventions for new SKUs and part numbers Process new vendor releases Support vendor un-release processing and documentation updates Education and Basic Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Familiarity with Google Workspace tools Experience using Adobe tools (e.g., Acrobat, Illustrator, etc.) Mechanical understanding - ability to conceptualize how components fit and function Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proven team collaboration and communication Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Arena PLM, SAP, ERP systems, SOLIDWORKS, or Altium Technical school or college coursework related to engineering, manufacturing, or documentation Professional certifications related to product lifecycle management or documentation standards Demonstrated initiative in fast-paced or high-pressure work environments
