Experience in administering Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 Servers. Windows 2016 server would be an added advantage. Demonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of Microsoft Servers and Server applications Windows PowerShell knowledge would be an added advantage. MCSA/MCITP/VCP 5.0 or 6.0 or similar certification. Daily checks on Windows 2003/2008R2/2012/2016 servers to monitor the status and the state of the servers6. Install, configure, and administer servers and troubleshoot issues as needed. Proficient with TCP/IP network protocols. Debugging/troubleshooting of OS issues. Server/File/Printer Migration experience. Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance. Perform/Recommend timely Patch management as per the Schedule. Installing, Configuring and Hardening of Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Servers. RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools. Sound knowledge on Dell PowerEdge/Client ProLiant Server Model servers. Has hands on experience on Installing and configuring VCenter server 5.0/5.1/5.5/6.016. Experience on Setting up, Install and configure ESXi Hosts. Experience on setting up and configure IBM/Client/Dell Rack & blade servers Automated Installation ESX and vcenter using vm update manager Knowledge and experience on P2V migrations Hands on experience on presenting Fiber/SAS/iSCSI/RDMs to esxi hosts. Well versed in cluster management/DRS rules/Base Image management. Day to Day system administration of VMware and windows machines Working experience with vSphere systems administration and support including VMotion, HA, DRS, VDS, Affinity rules, VCenter, storage migrations, and P2V migrations. Should have Experience in IT Service organization Conversant with Incident management tools ITIL KnowledgeMCP or MCSE (preferred)
