Recruitment Specialist
TL;DR
The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in supporting patient enrollment for ongoing clinical trials. What you will own & improve
Patient outreach: Call patients from curated recruitment lists to inform them about active clinical trials and assess initial interest and eligibility. Pre-screening: Conduct structured phone screenings and accurately document responses for clinical team review. Data entry: Update tracking logs and recruitment dashboards to ensure accurate, real-time metrics. Scheduling support: Assist in coordinating next steps for interested participants, including scheduling pre-screen visits or connecting them with study staff. Communication flow: Collaborate with the recruitment team and site staff to flag barriers to enrollment and suggest improvements to patient outreach efforts. Follow-ups: Execute timely and professional follow-up calls with prospective patients to keep recruitment on track. What you already know

About the Team
This role reports to the Director of Patient Recruitment & Strategy Part-time position: 2-4 weekday shifts/week (approx. 4 hours each) In-person training required; hybrid schedule possible after onboarding Flexible hours and a supportive, mission-driven team environment
