to help drive wireless sales and deliver unbeatable customer service in a retail setting. You’ll represent one of the top telecommunications brands, connecting people with phones, plans, and services that keep them plugged into what matters most. This role is perfect for someone ready to launch a career in
sales, customer relations, and telecom —no experience needed, just the right attitude and drive to succeed! What You’ll Do:
Serve as the
go-to sales advisor
for wireless products, plans, and services inside major retail locations
Conduct personalized customer consultations to match shoppers with the right devices and data packages
Guide customers through the
entire enrollment process , from initial interest to completed activation
Present service options and promotions in a clear, engaging way to drive sales
Maintain product knowledge and stay current on all device and plan offerings
Work closely with team leads to track performance goals and improve sales strategies
Accurately document customer information in CRM tools and follow up as needed
Ensure a positive in-store experience with every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and people skills—you enjoy talking with customers and solving problems
Motivated, sales-minded attitude with a desire to exceed goals and earn commission
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus
No sales experience needed—we provide full paid training
Comfortable in a
retail sales
environment with a high level of foot traffic
Tech-savvy and eager to learn about phones, plans, and promotions
Able to work full-time, including weekends
