Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SharePoint Developer responsible for providing a technical understanding of the capabilities of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)-provided SharePoint Online (SPO) tool, configuring and customizing a Records and Information Management (RIM) SPO site for RDD, and assisting RDD in the development and dissemination of policy, training, and guidance to WHS-serviced Components on the configuration of their RIM compliant SPO sites.

Support includes:

Providing expertise, advice, assistance, maintenance, and program development for RDD's RIM-compliant SPO site Identifying and implementing customization of the RDD RIM-compliant SPO site using the Microsoft Power Platform Preparing for the migration from RDD's shared drive to the RDD RIM-compliant SPO Site, and liaising with DoD network and SPO administrators to troubleshoot and resolve network- and migration-related SPO issues. Developing training and training products for WHS-serviced Components. Drafting and updating standard operating procedures, desktop guidance, and turnkey documentation for RDD's RIM-Compliant SPO Site Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Security Clearance: Top Secret Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent military experience Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, configuring, customizing, and administering SharePoint Online (SPO), particularly within the Microsoft 365 environment 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including creating custom apps, flows, and reports. Understanding of network and data migration concepts, particularly related to shared drive to SharePoint transitions. Ability to communicate and relate professionally with senior Government officials Ability to work independently and collaboratively to identify and implement solutions Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to create user documentation, training materials, and SOPs for technical and non-technical audiences. Desired but not required:

Experience serving as a technical lead in the rollout of new software/applications Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal government clients with DISA provided SharePoint Online environments is strongly preferred Familiarity with DoD IT infrastructure, permissions, and data governance practices. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and guidance that govern records management in the federal government, particularly within a compliance-driven context Certifications such as:

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Teams Application Developer Associate CompTIA Security Plus
