Position: GMP Document Management Specialist

Job Summary : Client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated GMP Document Management Specialist to support our document management initiatives. The primary goal of this role is to assist in the transfer of critical GMP documents to an offsite storage facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with document management. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the transfer of critical GMP documents to an offsite document storage facility. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to edit, review, and approve templates and existing documents. Understand and use electronic tracking systems for document management. Physically move document boxes weighing up to 30 lbs as needed. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks. Provide support to the Project Lead with various tasks as required. Assist in documentation archival activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Participate in systems improvement and simplification initiatives. Engage in systems monitoring and metrics reporting activities. Adhere to client safety procedures and comply with all applicable EHS regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practices. Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to edit and review templates and documents accurately. Capable of learning and effectively using document management systems. Understanding of electronic tracking systems. Physical ability to move document boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
