The Center for Translational Research (CTR) is recruiting an enthusiastic, motivated, and self-directed individual for the position of Program Lead. The Program Lead for the Clinical Research Center will oversee the administration and execution of clinical research programs and initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader proficient in tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the efficiency, compliance, and success of research activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research operations, team leadership, and data-driven performance management. The successful candidate will bring a passion for the work and support day-to-day operations of programs and initiatives within the CTR. These include, but are not limited to, assistance with administering programs related to grant development and study protocol review for CTR faculty. The Program Lead will be responsible for leading the project activities of assigned program. Coordinates status reports as well as participating on teams and working with project staff and stakeholders to assure that requirements are incorporated within the project design. Assigns work to team members to assure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables as appropriate. Develops policies and procedures as appropriate. Identifies and escalate issues following departmental guidelines. Qualifications

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Minimum Work Experience 3 years Relevant work experience (Required) 1 year Relevant work experience with Masters degree (Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Program Administration:

Lead the planning, implementation, and management of programs such as those that assist with grant development and research protocol reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality and compliance across all research activities.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to assess program performance, productivity, and quality. Utilize data insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Budget and Resource Management:

Assist with monitoring CTR budgets and finances. Develop reporting as needed. Monitor CTR contracts and agreements with sponsors and vendors.

Skills: Proficiency in developing and analyzing KPIs to drive program success. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to work in an environment that requires flexibility, self-direction, and initiative

Functional Accountabilities Program Liaison Lead the program by being the primary point person.

Serve as the liaison between CNHS and external stakeholders as needed

Manage program specific partnerships with various stakeholders including leadership at affiliated institutions.

Communicate barriers, challenges and any other issues that affect progress.

Budget and Financial Management May be responsible for appropriate use of funds and resources.

Prepare documentation and projections to support new programs and the budget planning process.

Monitor monthly performance reports and budget variances and resolve discrepancies as needed.
