Our client is seeking a Lead Application Developer who will analyze, design, modify, build, and deploy applications.
Key Accountabilities:
Support and/or install software applications and components. Translate and document business problems and/or user stories to functional applications. Ensure projects are completed within the committed time and budget. Create detailed design artifacts and technical documentation. Lead design reviews. Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Devise solutions to mitigate and address issues, bottle necks and bugs. Maintain code quality. Work across multiple applications and allocates time appropriately to meet assigned deadlines. Assist in post implementation support and system enhancements. Lead in defining system content, structure, and flows. Work within all outlined policies for application support and development with emphasis on security standards. Document, design, and development artifacts for the applications, architecture, and operational system environment. Lead the overall application software design, research, configure, build, test, and implementation. Plan and build technical project schedules that gets work done on time and on budget.
Required Skills:
BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training. 7+ years professional software development experience. Five (5) or more years of experience in systems analysis, programming, and design. Experience in Web Application development and support. Solid Microsoft Technology stack experience. Advanced development skills in ASP.NET; C#; XML, MVC, REST, SOAP, and web services. Very good knowledge of .NET Technologies; advanced knowledge ASP.NET Core 3.0 and strong debugging skills. Familiar with Angular, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server, Visual Studio Developer, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure. Understanding of DEVOPS Delivery Pipeline, and methods to review and eliminate NEXUSIQ and SONARQUBE security vulnerabilities within Quality gate standards. Familiarity with package managers like NPM, BOWER, and NUGET. Familiar with performance, scalability, security, and testing applications. Familiar with various design and architectural patterns. Familiar with Agile application development methodology. Self-starter with excellent analytical and project management skills. Ability to lead others to drive solutions to completion. Experience leading development teams to complete initiatives. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
