We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee LPN / LVN staff in residential group home settings across the Nashville, TN area. Salary:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and support medically fragile individuals with disabilities, ensuring their health and safety in the group homes. Provide ongoing clinical supervision and collaborate with administrative supervisors to support nursing staff within the region. Organize and lead clinical training sessions during team meetings, enhancing the skills and knowledge of all nursing and care staff. Serve as a primary resource for department members and agency staff, supplying necessary medical and procedural information. Manage the selection, orientation, training, counseling, discipline, and direction of all nursing staff in partnership with region supervisors. Assist in clinical coverage as necessary, as directed by the Nursing Coordinator, and support various operational aspects of the Nursing Department. Take a leadership role in establishing comprehensive orientation schedules for new nurses, including their initial training and ongoing supervision. Minimum Position Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license as issued by the State Board of Nursing, in good standing within the State of Tennessee. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Experience in a supervisory role within a nursing or clinical setting strongly preferred. Prior experience with the intellectually and developmentally disabled population is an advantage. Background in Med/Surg, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or chronic care facilities. Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced supervisory skills within a healthcare or related setting. Demonstrable experience in residential care or group home settings. Proven ability to train and develop nursing staff. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to respond effectively to complex inquiries or complaints from patients, caregivers, or regulatory agencies. Skills:
