This pivotal role will involve developing and monitoring a comprehensive CRA performance framework aimed at achieving remarkable results. You will collaborate with various business lines to establish and meet community development goals while providing strategic data analysis and actionable insights to enhance CRA performance. Your responsibilities will include preparing and executing CRA examination materials and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in data analytics. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, and a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and business acumen is essential. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external partners, including senior management. A deep understanding of the CRA, HMDA, and relevant regulations will be advantageous, along with experience using data visualization tools and technologies. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a passion for community reinvestment and financial empowerment, demonstrating a proven track record of collaboration and leadership.
