Assembly Technician
Hours:
Monday - Friday (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift) Pay Rate:
$20.44/hr Location:

Responsibilities :
Load components into boxes on the conveyor belt Set up line clearance Work at a workstation for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a production/assembly environment Able to meet assembly daily quotas/goals Manual dexterity and efficiency in a high-volume environment Able to accomplish repetitive tasks as needed Read, learn and interpret blueprints and work instructions and other instructions, both written and verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to the established guidelines and quality standards Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements :
Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the work shift. Have the ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders. Safety Requirements : Wear safety-toed footwear, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and additional personal protective equipment where required.
Knowledge & Experience : Have a high school diploma or GED. Assembly experience preferred.
Work Environment : Warehouse and manufacturing areas, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, and dust.
