About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated
IT Intern with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools
to join our team as an Intern focused on
workflow automation
and
digital process improvement . This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of IT and business operations, helping build digital tools that drive real impact across various departments-including Human Resources, Accounting, and Safety.
This role will be approximately
80% focused on workflow automation and digital solutions , and
20% dedicated to general IT support , assisting end users with troubleshooting and technical issues as needed.
What You'll Do Develop Digital Workflows: Design, build, and test automation workflows and custom applications using
Power Apps
and
Power Automate
to improve business efficiency. Support Document Management: Help organize, manage, and secure digital content using
SharePoint , ensuring better access and collaboration across teams. End User IT Support (20%): Provide basic IT assistance and troubleshooting for employees, helping resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with IT professionals, business users, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement impactful solutions. Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in projects focused on streamlining processes and enhancing digital workflows-including initiatives that support
IT Security
and reporting. Leverage Emerging Tech: Explore and integrate technologies like
Microsoft Copilot
to enhance document processing and identify opportunities for innovation. Requirements
Prior hands-on experience with
Microsoft Power Platform
tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint). Basic IT troubleshooting skills and a willingness to support users with technical issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Interest in digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement. Willingness to work
on-site
during the internship period.
