Role Overview
In this contingent resource assignment, you will: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and lead large-scale planning for Product Management. Review and analyze multifaceted, longer-term Product Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors (including intangibles or unprecedented considerations). Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of relevant functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel across all levels. Required Qualifications
Experience:
5 + years in Product Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: Professional work or consulting engagements Formal training or military experience Relevant education
Results-driven Product Manager and Test Lead with deep expertise in CRM platform transitions, specializing in Salesforce → Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations. Brings a strong background in:
Test strategy, data validation, and integration oversight Hands-on experience using Informatica for ETL and data transformation Leading cross-functional teams through complex migration programs to ensure data integrity, system interoperability, and business continuity Aligning testing frameworks with product goals to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions Desired Skills & Certifications
Deep understanding of UAT methodologies (test planning, execution, defect management) Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, ValueEdge Octane, AccelQ) Ability to assess system compatibility, troubleshoot integration issues, and document test plans/results Experience with regression testing, risk-based testing, and coordinating test automation Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level (Test Manager or Test Analyst) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist PMP (or equivalent) for project coordination
