We are seeking a Full-Stack .NET Software Engineer to support our web and desktop applications, workflows, and integrations. The Full Stack Engineer should feel comfortable architecting and developing full-stack, containerized applications, managing database connections and migrations, and developing secure authorization flows. It is important that the candidate is diligent, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable .NET applications using C# and modern development practices. Participate in architectural planning, contributing to design decisions and recommending enhancements for performance, maintainability, and scalability. Interact with structured (SQL) and non-structured databases via ORM and direct query. Write clean efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring stability and reliability across environments. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, improving automation and deployment processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team. Support code reviews and mentoring, helping junior developers grow while maintaining code quality. Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
5+ years of full-stack experience. Experience managing interactive projects from discovery and design to technical development and implementation. Strong proficiency in building and maintaining applications using C#/.NET Core. Experience designing, consuming and securing APIs (OAuth, Managed Identities, etc.) Proficient in writing SQL queries, optimizing performance, and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server). Hands-on experience with Azure services. Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or similar. Proficient with Git and GitHub for source control and collaboration. Comfortable building scalable cloud-native systems using containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, etc.). Experience using Jira or similar tools for task tracking and agile workflows. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for integrating with front-end components. Experience with Python, React or other front-end frameworks, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics, etc.), OnBase, SharePoint, and Finance and/or Real Estate is a plus.
