We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst with strong expertise in Life Insurance Illustrations and testing

to join our team. This role will focus on supporting life insurance illustration platforms and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of illustration calculations and outputs through rigorous functional testing. The analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, resolve production issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

production support

for life insurance illustration systems and related components

Analyze, triage, and respond to illustration-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and communication

Perform

end-to-end functional testing

of illustration outputs across various scenarios, products, and rate changes

Collaborate with product and development teams to validate calculation logic, business rules, and illustration formats

Document and manage business requirements and workflows specific to illustration tools

Create and execute

test plans, test scripts, and test cases

for both new and existing features

Validate compliance with regulatory requirements, product definitions, and actuarial guidelines

Support

rate deployments, product updates, and release testing

in coordination with QA and development teams

Facilitate business reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Conduct root cause analysis on discrepancies in illustrations and provide resolution strategies

Participate in system enhancements, from requirement gathering through implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, or a related field

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

, preferably within the

life insurance industry

Minimum 3 years of

hands-on experience with life insurance illustration systems

Strong understanding of

insurance product features, illustration calculations

, and regulatory considerations

Experience in

functional testing, defect tracking,

and quality assurance processes

Familiarity with

system development lifecycle (SDLC)

and

Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Experience with tools like CyberLife, wmA/Vantage, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.

Work Environment

On-site presence based on project requirements.

Flexibility to support critical deployments or production issues during non-standard hours

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,100 - $156,100.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
