Backend Engineer - Gamified Consumer App (NYC, In-Person)

We're looking for a Backend Engineer who's excited to scale infrastructure that supports millions of users. You'll play a key role in optimizing our backend systems, building new internal tools, and contributing to the future of our platform as we rapidly grow.
What You'll Do Scale and optimize backend infrastructure Improve system security, performance, and long-term reliability Support feature development and A/B testing Lead long-term data initiatives Build internal tools to streamline operations You Might Be a Fit If You Have
3+ years of backend experience on high-traffic consumer apps Strong skills in PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, and TypeScript A strong product sense and love for building delightful user experiences A passion for music, gaming, and internet culture Bonus: you've launched your own app or led a team at a startup The Offer
