We Are Looking For Someone Like You

As a Project Manager in the Refrigeration group, you will be a vital member of Murphy's Supermarket, Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration team performing projects in the Refrigeration, HVAC and Plumbing industry. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of projects in the construction and service industry. You will be expected to schedule crews to meet the customer's schedule and work with subcontractors as needed.

Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company Coordinate and schedule manpower with project team and subcontractors onsite, including occasionally out-of-town opportunities Be proficient in project financials, labor productivity and change order tracking Attend owner or construction meetings as required Be an ambassador for our Zero Injury Performance (ZIP) Safety expectation Perform your job with integrity and professionalism Bring Your A-Game!

Our ideal candidate should possess the following traits:

A minimum of 5-7 years experience supervising and leading projects in the Refrigeration, HVAC or Plumbing Industry Some Refrigeration Experience is a plus, although not required Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects, potentially nationwide History of profitability in prior project management positions Exceptional leadership and management skills Leadership in construction safety Experience in the development of budget and proposal estimates Excellent verbal and written communication skills What We Will Bring to the Table
