Your Responsibilities as a Nurse Supervisor Help develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Act as an essential link between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care and services during assigned shifts or within specific units. Monitor and manage staff performance, providing ongoing feedback and conducting annual evaluations. Engage in hands-on patient care as needed, building meaningful relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate each patient's progress and victories throughout their recovery. What We Are Looking For Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification, with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year. CRRN certification to be acquired within one year of meeting eligibility requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). Previous leadership experience, such as a charge nurse or in a lead capacity, with accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
