Accountabilities:
Design advanced algorithms and predictive models to analyze clinical and operational trends. Clean, integrate, and maintain multi-source data to ensure research-quality standards. Apply topological data analysis (TDA) and other advanced methods to real-world aeromedical problems. Draft and review scientific research protocols, proposals, and manuscripts. Collaborate closely with government officials, healthcare experts, and researchers. Participate in academic and professional meetings, contributing domain expertise and insights. Continuously engage with relevant scientific literature to stay current on innovations. Requirements
Master's degree in Data Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a PhD in a relevant discipline. Strong academic background in statistics, analytics, computer science, or computational geometry. Expertise in Topological Data Analysis (TDA), machine learning, and data storytelling. Proficient in SQL, ORACLE, and modern data science toolkits. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, professional setting. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. NDA compliance is required before starting due to the sensitivity of the data. Preferred: Publication history in Computational Geometry or TDA; experience in military or government research environments.
