Job Description
Support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and budgeting Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and support field teams Ensure safety, quality, and project standards are upheld MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
2-4 years of experience in construction, preferably in
wood frame
and/or
multifamily residential Familiarity with construction documentation, project schedules, and building processes Proficient with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer
