VMS Administrator

Duties/Responsibilities:
The VMS Administrative Clerk is responsible for maintaining vehicle inventory for multiple Boucher locations.
This role needs strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Process new and used trade documents for vehicle sales to ensure accuracy and completeness Process wholesale and dealer trade transactions General Ledger accounting entries for wholesale transactions Maintain accurate reporting of stock units Scan important documents into digitally maintained files.
Qualifications:
Must have attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies Be proficient in conducting research and analyzing information Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Be an enthusiastic team player Be self-motivated
