Job Title- Mental Health Therapist - Albuquerque, NM
Employment- Full time
Pay- $75,000-$80,000 Annually and benefits .
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our team in New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities Qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field License eligible in the state of New Mexico At least three years previous counseling experience required Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as psychology, therapy and counseling approaches Strong analytical skills to assess a patient's situation and build treatment plans Excellent listening skills to best understand a patient's issues and concerns Excellent communication skills to effectively guide patients and establish trust Crisis intervention skills to respond to patients in acute distress All new patient visits conducted in person, but we offer a mixture of in-person and telemedicine for follow-up visits based on patient needs
License accepted:
ACSW, LCPC, LICSW, LIMHP, LMFT, LMHC, LMHP, LMSW, LPC, LPCC, LSW.
