Technical Skills:
•
7+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS DBA with expertise in versions 12.1 and 12.2 on the WINDOWS Server Operating System • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (11g, 12c, 19c), including RMAN, Data Guard, and performance tuning. • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade processes, including ADOP (Online Patching), WebLogic, and Fusion Middleware. • Proficiency in cloning, backup/recovery, patching, and migration of EBS environments. • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, scripting, and automation. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications DBA (AD utilities, AutoConfig, ADOP, rapid clone, etc.). • Experience in customization impact assessment, and code remediation. • Understanding of Oracle Security, Concurrent Processing, and Application Tier Architecture.
Highly Desired/Preferred • Experience with Oracle performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization • Ability to provide technical guidance to business and executive audiences in clear, concise, understandable, and actionable terms
Soft Skills & Other Requirements: • Ability to lead and execute complex upgrade projects with minimal supervision. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work in high-pressure, dynamic environments with tight deadlines. • Certification in Oracle DBA or EBS is a plus.
