Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a detailed-oriented and analytical Project Scheduler IV to support our project teams with planning, Scheduling and progress tracking using Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
The Project Scheduler IV will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining large scale project schedule(s). In this role you will also be asked to analyze schedule progress, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and forecasting project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scheduling tools, mainly Primavera (P6), project controls methodologies and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Skills: Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) scheduling software. Coordinate with project managers, and teams to gather input and validate schedule data. Integrations across multiple schedules Perform critical path analysis, schedule quality analysis, track milestones, and monitor schedule performance. Identify schedule risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Generate regular reports, including look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and variance analysis. The ability to resource and cost-load schedules and run Earned Value Management reports Familiarity with large-scale projects Other beneficial skills:
PMP or other PMI certification PSP or CST or other AACEI certification Project Gating procedures knowledge Prior work experience in SQL coding Education:
Project Scheduler needs at least a High School Education but candidates with Associate's Degree's, Bachelor's degree's or Master's Degree's will be factored into the selection.
