I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Client
requires the services of
1 Software Developer 2 , hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of
Software Developer 2, Applications/Software Development
and the specifications outlined in this document for the
THHSC.
Level Description
4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
Additional job details and special considerations
The candidate for this position should have significant experience working on large IT projects, particularly in application integrations with
SailPoint IIQ and single sign-on with OKTA and Azure.
The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the
minimum
stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 6 Required Solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology. 6 Required Ability to collaborate with the Architects, Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers, and others relative to the SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans. 4 Required Experience in SailPoint development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and other configurations). 4 Required Experience with Okta single sign-on Integration 4 Required Ability to collaborate with the Architects, Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers, and others relative to the SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans. 4 Required Develop API services to handle access policies and access requests and integrate with external applications. 2 Preferred Experience working with Texas State Agency's III. TERMS OF SERVICE Services are expected to start
08/01/2025
and are expected to complete by
08/31/2026 . Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed
2000
hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the
THHSC . Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
The primary work location(s) will be at
701 W. 51st Street, Austin, TX 78751 . The working position is
Telework .
