Our challenge

We are looking for an accomplished and proactive Senior Scrum Master with over 8 years of extensive experience in facilitating Agile teams and fostering Agile practices across organizations. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum frameworks, all while promoting a culture of continuous improvement in a highly collaborative environment.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $103k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure optimal team performance. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for Agile teams, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum principles and practices. Remove impediments and barriers that hinder team progress to ensure smooth workflow and delivery. Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to improve processes, workflows, and team dynamics. Monitor team health and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously, managing dependencies and coordinating efforts across teams. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Lead organizational Agile transformation initiatives, mentoring teams and leadership on Agile methodologies. Cultivate an environment of collaboration and high performance without direct product owner involvement. Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Deep expertise in Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, or other Agile frameworks. Demonstrated success in coaching teams in Agile practices independently. Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to work effectively without direct Product Owner involvement, managing stakeholder expectations and team needs. Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalents preferred. Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, etc. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization. We offer:
