Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Salesforce System Administrator with strong experience managing and supporting systems in a complex, fast-paced environment. This role requires expert-level knowledge of Certinia (PSA, FFA, OIM), Salesforce, and Pardot, with Trackwise Digital experience considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as needed) Administer, configure, and maintain Certinia platforms (PSA, FinancialForce Accounting, OIM) to ensure performance, integrity, and alignment with business needs. Manage and support Salesforce and Pardot environments, including integrations, automation, workflows, security settings, and reporting. Operate effectively within a
complex system landscape
with multiple integrations and cross-functional dependencies. Collaborate with business stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Provide user support, training, and documentation across business systems. Conduct regular audits, system updates, and health checks to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly and independently. Participate in system enhancements and project work, including development, testing, and deployment of new features or integrations. Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and security protocols. Qualification Requirements

Requirements for Eligibility
3-5+ years
of experience in system administration, ideally within a
multi-system, enterprise environment . Hands-on experience with
Certinia
(PSA, FinancialForce Accounting, OIM) is required. Strong Salesforce administration skills; Experience with
Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) . Experience with
Trackwise Digital
is a plus. Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and third-party application support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Highly collaborative and comfortable working across departments and roles. Flexibility is a requirement
- the ability to shift gears quickly, handle ambiguity, and remain productive under evolving business needs. Preferred Qualifications :

Position Salary: $110,000 - $130,000.
