Role Summary:

The Business Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions, create dashboards/reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis

Gather data from multiple sources, clean/preprocess it, and perform statistical analysis. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.

Reporting & Visualization

Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to make insights accessible.

Problem-Solving

Identify business challenges and opportunities. Formulate hypotheses and use data to propose actionable solutions.

Collaboration

Partner with teams (marketing, sales, product) to understand their data needs. Deliver insights that align with business objectives.

Strategic Guidance

Leverage data to influence business strategies and improve organizational performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:

3+ years of experience

as a Business Analyst (or similar role). Technical Proficiency:

SQL

(querying databases) Excel

(advanced functions, pivot tables) Data visualization tools

(Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret data and derive business insights. Communication:

Clearly explain findings to both technical and non-technical teams. Problem-Solving:

Strong critical thinking to address business challenges. Nice-to-Have (if applicable):

Experience with Python/R for advanced analytics. Knowledge of statistical modeling or A/B testing. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Logistics:
