Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer to support a high-impact missile defense program. The selected individual will contribute to software development efforts in support of a complex, real-time defense system. This includes simulation-based development and testing as well as integration with broader system engineering activities.
The engineer should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with diverse technical challenges.
Note:
This is a full-time onsite role. Telework and hybrid arrangements are not available.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from an accredited university Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in
C++ programming Willingness and ability to
travel up to 10% Active
DoD Secret clearance
(Final adjudicated) Desired Skills Experience with
simulation tools or frameworks Familiarity with
Jira ,
Confluence , and
Bitbucket Experience with
unit and system-level test development Understanding of the
systems engineering lifecycle Strong
critical thinking
and
communication skills Ability to capture complex concepts in documentation, presentations, and collaboration Comfortable working
independently
and as part of a
multi-disciplinary team
